If you place an order on our website before 3.30pm (UK Time) we will endeavor to dispatch your goods on the same working day. Any orders placed after the 3.30pm deadline, or at weekends/bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.

New collection items

We hand make each new collection piece in the UK and to order. This often takes 2-3 weeks once the order is placed. On some occasions, we may be able to offer a shorter construction and delivery period. If you have any questions about this service please contact us using our contact page. This does not affect your right to return items within the returns period, explained below.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return your items must have all security tags and labels attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item, be unworn and unwashed with no marking or any type of damage, otherwise, refunds and exchanges cannot be enforced.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
